Orders

Veloran offers free standard shipping on all orders to destinations currently available at checkout.
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carriers, customs, weather, high-demand periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Veloran offers eligible customers a 30-day return period beginning when the order is received.
EU customers also retain their statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within the applicable legal period.
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Order Cancellations

We will try to accommodate the request where possible.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow our return procedure after receiving the order.
